Our Mission

Our mission is to raise the standard of remodeling by delivering exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and dependable service. We take pride in creating beautiful, functional spaces while holding ourselves accountable to the highest professional standards.

Our Process

We believe a successful remodel starts with clear communication, honest expectations, and a well-defined plan. Our step-by-step process is designed to eliminate surprises, respect your time and investment, and guide you confidently from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

During our initial phone call, we take time to understand your vision and determine whether your project aligns with our expertise. We will:

  • Discuss the type of remodeling project you’re considering
  • Learn what you like and don’t like about your current space
  • Review your goals, needs, and overall vision
  • Explain our remodeling process and what makes working with us a smooth experience
  • Discuss your desired budget and investment range
  • Outline the next steps in our process
  • Request photos and any rough drawings or dimensions of the areas to be remodeled

Once we receive the photos and project details, we schedule the next step.

This call ensures alignment before moving forward. During this call we will:

  • Review estimated project cost ranges based on the information provided
  • Confirm whether the project aligns with your budget expectations
  • Determine if we are a good fit to proceed together

If the estimated budget aligns, we will schedule an in-home consultation.

In-Home Consultation Fee: $200 – If you move forward with the project, this fee will be credited on the final invoice.

After the in-home consultation:

  • You will receive a detailed official estimate via email
  • If you choose to move forward, we will provide a materials list outlining homeowner-responsible selections
  • We will share our preferred vendor list to simplify material selection
  • Once selections are finalized, we will update and resend the estimate for approval

Once approved, we will prepare and send the project contract.

After the contract is signed:

  • All materials will be ordered
  • Once material availability is confirmed, a project start date will be scheduled
  • We will check in weekly prior to the start date to ensure everything remains on track

When construction begins:

  • Your dedicated project manager will meet with you on the first day to review the plan
  • Regular updates will be provided throughout the project
  • You will be informed of progress, schedule changes, and any scope or cost adjustments
  • We will address questions or concerns promptly throughout construction

Once construction is complete:

  • Our One-Year Workmanship Warranty begins
  • – We will walk you through your new space, including fixtures and appliances
  • – Any questions will be answered to ensure complete satisfaction
  • – Once satisfied, we will invite you to leave a review

Our goal is to deliver a seamless, professional experience and a finished space you’ll love.
