What Our Clients Are Saying

Our kitchen and bathroom remodeling reviews reflect the experiences of homeowners who trusted Unique Renovations with their homes. From custom kitchen renovations to detailed bathroom remodels, our clients consistently highlight our communication, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality throughout the remodeling process.

Why Homeowners Trust Unique Renovations

Choosing a remodeling contractor is one of the biggest decisions a homeowner will make, which is why client feedback plays such an important role in that process. Our kitchen and bathroom remodeling reviews reflect consistent results, honest and transparent communication, and a smooth experience from the first consultation through the final walkthrough. Homeowners often tell us they felt informed and confident at every stage of their project, not just at the start. We take real pride in earning that trust, and it shows in the quality of work we deliver and the relationships we build with every client we serve.

What Our Reviews Say About Our Work

Homeowners across Madison, Brandon, Canton, and Gluckstadt consistently point to the same things in their kitchen and bathroom remodeling reviews: clear communication from day one, a team that shows up on time, and craftsmanship that holds up long after the project wraps. Many clients mention working directly with Zach and the Unique Renovations team throughout every stage — from the first design conversation to the final walkthrough.
Our reviews also reflect the range of work we take on, from full custom kitchen renovations with new cabinetry and countertops to detailed bathroom remodels including tile work, fixtures, and layout changes. Clients often highlight how well we manage the small details that make a big difference, like keeping job sites clean and sticking to the timeline we set at the start.

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling reviews from satisfied homeowners

“Zach and his team are incredible! This day and age, it’s hard to find someone who will simply do the job right. Zach not only does it right, but is exceptional! He and his team went above and beyond my high expectations – even to the point where they rolled my trash can out to the road on garbage day! His team is professional and very skilled in their work!! I wish I would have found him 15 years ago! Can’t recommend him enough!

“Unique Renovations provided excellent workmanship and were very responsive to our remodeling project. Employees were professional and prompt during the course of the project. The worksite was kept clean and orderly while construction was ongoing. Jonathan, the site manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with during the course of the renovation. I would use them again!

“Zach and his team were great to work with from the initial quote to completion. Zach was quick to respond on providing an estimate of the work. Once they stated, Chad and Joe did great work, cleaned up each day and checked with us to confirm things were as requested. The electrician and plumber subcontractors they brought in were very good also. I would definitely recommend and use again.

“This crew of artisans did a beautiful kitchen remodel in 6 weeks. They communicated with me for every detail and responded to my contacts quickly. They are so courteous and pleasant with every encounter. Of the 8 remodel jobs I have experienced over the years, Unique Renovations is superior and I highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel from Unique Renovations! We worked with Zach to discuss our ideas and goals for our kitchen remodel and to talk through multiple options. He was always available by phone and email to discuss changes and new ideas. Once we were ready to move forward Jonathan, Lance, and Chad and the entire crew got to work and were professional, communicative, and detail-oriented throughout the project.

The quality of work on the custom cabinetry, coffee bar, countertops and new backsplash was absolutely outstanding. They stayed on schedule, kept the worksite clean every day, and addressed every small detail during the final walkthrough. Zach and Jonathan were available to discuss new changes we wanted as the remodel progressed and always wanted to ensure we were happy. If you're looking for a skilled and trustworthy contractor for your kitchen renovation, I can highly recommend Unique Renovations.

Their craftsmanship is excellent, and they have taken great care to create a wonderful space for our Executive Officers and Missionaries to rest when traveling through central Mississippi. The Congregational Methodist Staff highly recommends Unique Renovations, LLC and their team!

Jonathan and the team did an amazing job. We even had a few surprise problems and they figured them out and we ended up with a beautiful walk in shower where an old ugly tub used to be. They went above and beyond.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are in the final planning stage of our kitchen renovation and have found Zach to be easy to deal with, accessible and very helpful. Let me add that he is also patient with an older couple who has never undertaken a project like this. We look forward to seeing the finished product. We have confidence in Zach.
